Introducing LANA. The Italian Supermodel of Giga-Yachts.

LANA is a 107m superyacht, defined by elongated and bold lines. She has been declared a timeless icon, superseding trends and outstepping convention. LANA is one of Italian shipbuilder Benetti’s three-suite giga-yachts and is exclusively available for charter with Imperial. Her sense of character and authentic individuality makes LANA an unrivalled choice in the charter market.

Both the interior and exterior were designed by Benetti, providing a synergy between the inside and outside, true to Benetti’s signature Italian heritage style, LANA is sleek and elegant. A yacht conceived under one design house supports the strong sense of fluidity that Benetti set out to achieve. The stylistic amalgamation between the hull and the superstructure is completely seamless.

Destinations that guests have earmarked include Spain’s unspoilt orange groves of the Orange Blossom Coast, and the Riviera’s most iconic perch, the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.

Pioneers of Progress

Behind this masterpiece are two talented designers from Benetti, Michele Guerrieri for the exterior lines and Mauro Izzo for the interiors. The overarching design principle was to celebrate fine Italian craftsmanship and detail but in a simple way, with understated elegance. The exterior contours are enhanced by an impressive 2.7m ceiling height throughout the guest areas. The boat’s internal proportions deviate from most yachts, making it feel more like a house. The designers carefully curated a space which is opulent with a sense of lightness. For instance, the floor-to-ceiling windows wrap around the superstructure, allowing natural light to flood inside. Opulence can be seen from the foyer where a grand chandelier is so spectacular it spans from the ground to the tip of the ceiling. At six metres in length, it’s not so much a lighting feature as an architectural element of the boat.

The yacht features Art Deco style light fixtures, stylized wood panelling, leather, engraved glass and stainless steel. The designers wanted to create somewhere luxurious, but which also feels very natural to sit down and relax. There is a symbiotic balance in the design, for example the exteriors use of extreme horizontal lines give it a very robust, masculine persona, while the three-dimensional elements add fluidity and elegance.

There is plenty of dedicated leisure space, with impressive outdoor salons, a spa, jacuzzi, gym cinema room, and al fresco dining. In the beach club guests can immerse themselves in a hammam, or Turkish bath framed by ornate walls and oversized marble tables. There is also a massage room where guests can enjoy aromatherapy facial treatments with a professional therapist.

Active explorers will benefit from the plethora of state-of-the-art toys, where they can explore the wonders of the sea on a ski-bob, helipad, or skies. In addition to this, LANA offers a huge variety of water toys including two custom made tenders: a 14m limo tender and a 9m sports tender. LANA also boasts a dedicated Divemaster on board to ensure that guests have exceptional diving experiences.

LANA is the pinnacle of luxury charter boats available for guests to embark on a voyage of discovery. Benetti and Imperial have raised the bar for charter yachts and set a new precedent.
