Sportfish yachts are incredibly seaworthy – with massive closed bows they can take on the toughest seas and provide a safe interior for passengers. Royal Hakvoort Shipyard lauded for producing some of the worlds finest yachts, and TEMPO REALE was designed and built to be the ultimate sportfishing boat. Dutch-built and delivered in 1990, this sportfish has been lovingly maintained in exceptional condition retaining its exquisite Dutch quality, it’s recently been updated and now it’s on the market for sale for just shy of $4 million.

Most sportfish are typically 60, 70, 80 or even 90 feet long. But standing at 112 feet, TEMPO REALE overshadows every other sportfish at the marina, and it’s for this reason that the vessel lends itself well to entertaining large parties. A large amount of the space on board is dedicated to entertaining and socializing on outdoor deck space, and since there are several locations outdoors to relax, provides necessary separation onboard.
TEMPO REALE features naval architecture by Pieter Beeldsnijder Design and interior design by Pieter Beeldsnijder Design. TEMPO REALE can accommodate up to 4 guests in two staterooms with a 4-person crew.

Yacht Layout and Accommodation
Cockpit And Aft Deck
The basketball-court-sized cockpit is flexible and designed for offshore fishing and entertaining. There are twin Murray Brothers fighting chairs, port and starboard, padded gunnels surrounding the cockpit, and fold-down steps, port and starboard to provide easy onboard access. The hydraulic swim platform extends into steps down into the water to provide easy access for swimming, diving and pulling prized fish on board. When you’re not fishing, the aft deck is the perfect location to serve a large group of 20 to 30 guests for a memorable drinks toast, or the area can serve as a waterline dance floor. The settees and cocktail tables are ideal for entertaining or watching the fishing action.

Main Deck Salon
In the aft-end of the salon there is a U-shaped settee, a glass coffee table and a cabinet, with stairs leading up to the bridge deck. Forward of the salon is a round table and seats, stone countertops and a fridge for refreshments. There is a Panasonic TV Apple TV and an Apple A/V control system.
Master Stateroom
On this main deck forward to starboard is the master stateroom with a beautiful ensuite head with bath, large hanging lockers, a 42′ Panasonic TV, and Intercom with Creston control/monitor.
Lower Deck
From the main deck stairs descend onto the lower level where there is a spacious guest stateroom, ceiling storage cabinets and wardrobes. a 42 inch TV ties into the yacht’s entertainment working, and a bench seat beside a large window. There is an ensuite head and shower. Forward of the lower deck there are three private double crew cabins for up to six crew members.
Galley
You can access the supersized galley through a hidden pocket door where the vast stainless countertop space has been designed with entertaining in mind since there is space for all the glassware and crockery you would need to host a banquet. There is also a pair of sinks, two dishwashers, an industrial ice maker, a microwave, a kettle, two ovens, a coffee maker and a Miele deep fryer. There are more appliances than you will ever need, and there is more workspace here than in most people’s homes.
Sky Lounge/Helm
On the bridge, an open space runs between the main helm and a private dining area with unobstructed views. The sky lounge is designed to encourage integration between the captain and guests. The captain’s chair is flanked port and starboard by a pair of bench seats where the crew and guests can join the first in command. The upper helm electronics have been cleverly concealed, and you can hide away the controls when not in use.
On the bridge deck, aft is an upper deck for lounging and a dining area ideal for alfresco meals in the ocean air. There are complete walkaround decks here, and since it’s high up in the clouds, it’s the perfect spot for a bird-eye view of a vessel’s fore, aft, and sides.
The Flying Bridge Deck
The front portion of this flybridge is wide open and uncovered and makes for a great spot to relax outside on a few lounge chairs, while the built-in seating is found just forward throughout the rest of the space. On the port side there is a convertible dining area with an expandable table top and a molded storage cabinet with room for a refrigerator.
State of the Art Technology
The entire yacht is fitted with the latest cutting-edge technology, all of which has recently been updated (2023), including Control4 smart integration system throughout the vessel, Kaleidescape movie server, a Garmin navigation suite controlled by Control4 system (7 monitors), and LED lighting throughout the vessel, Starlink Internet & televisions throughout.
Cruising Performance
One standout feature is that this vessel is whisper-quiet, thanks to the built-in jet drive. Originally conceived and built to be the ultimate sporting tender to a large superyacht, she was designed primarily for extending the entertaining capacity combined with luxury and a draft suitable for cruising in shoals (only 4’ with the jet drives), making it an ideal vessel for cruising in the Bahamas. A ninety-footer that can reach 30 knots at full throttle is impressive. At the same time, her cruising speed is a respectable twenty knots.
Specifications:
