Powered by twin Detroit Diesel 2000 Series engines producing a combined 2,700 horsepower, CHIRON cruises comfortably at 15 knots and can reach a top speed of 21 knots. Her impressive 2,100-nautical mile range at an economical cruising speed of 10 knots makes her well-suited for extended voyages.
