Admiral 28 ViS is a beautiful flybridge unit launched by the Cantieri di Lavagna in 1996.
Registered at 24 meters and with VAT paid in Malta, it has a completely refitted aluminum hull in impeccable condition.
It is a RINA class unit that enjoys the highest navigation comfort thanks to the stabilization system with CMC fins.
The yacht is divided into three decks: through the aft gangway, you access a large cockpit, where the dining area, fully protected by the flybridge superstructure, is very welcoming and perfectly equipped to host guests. From the wide and well-protected side walkways, you reach the bow sunbathing area with a large sofa bed that extends into the fore section of the deckhouse.
Also from the cockpit, a large French door leads inside: the living area is spacious and surrounded by sofas and a play area. There are TVs, furniture, and a refrigerator. The side windows ensure the entry of natural light.
From a passage on the left, you first encounter the stairs leading to the lower deck on the right side, then the stairs that lead to the half deck dedicated to the pilot house and then to the flybridge; further along the corridor, a private and elegant space hosts the owner's dining room with an oval inlaid teak table, along with other valuable furnishings and prestigious elements, such as Frau armchairs and FLOS lamps.
Completing the deck layout is a well-equipped kitchen with a crew mess from which, towards the bow, you descend with a staircase to the crew quarters, consisting of 3 cabins complete with facilities.
Below deck, everything has been designed to ensure maximum comfort for onboard guests. The layout of the lower deck, entirely covered in sanded teak and carpet, is very rational and includes a large owner's cabin with wardrobes, furniture, and a bureau; the bathroom has double access with a shower in the center, as well as a lovely vanity with a stool and pouf.
From the central hallway of the deck, towards the bow, there are two identical cabins with side-by-side beds, plus a useful third pullman bed and, further along, two more twin cabins with a French bed.
Each cabin is equipped with an en suite private bathroom. The below-deck environment, like the upper one, proves to be extremely sober and elegant at the same time!
The highest deck is the flybridge: it measures over 50 square meters of usable space and includes a second command area, a large dinette surrounded by sofas and armchairs, and an additional sunbathing area, and in the aft section, a service area equipped with a crane reserved for the storage of tenders and jet skis.
Overall, Admiral 28 ViS proves to be a yacht of high value in terms of design, finishes, and maintenance condition.
As for performance, unlike many vessels of similar tonnage and size, Admiral 28 ViS boasts a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum of 29, with a pair of MTU 12V396TE94 engines.
