Sitting atop aluminum pontoons, the Houseboat is 25ft length and 8.5ft beam, offering plenty of space for you to enjoy and create those unforgettable leisure moments. Enclosed Sunroom, full bath and composting head, booth table converts to double berth with a push of a button! Climate control (heat and a/c) The construction of the boat speaks volumes about the level of care put in place by the builder. Please note that this boat does not run on its own power.

Location

Currently out of the water South Haven, MI, the boat is meant for dockside living. While home to many historic lighthouses and beaches, South Haven forms an ideal dock for a boat of this class.
