You will sleep well at anchor on this 40 Catalina with a 25 KG Rochna Primary, 200' of 5/16 High Tensile Chain & 250' of 3 Strand Additional Rode all managed by the Maxwell VW800 Windlass. The vessel's house battery bank is fed by 4 x 6 Volt ROLLS and a 12 Volt start battery (all replaced in 2022).
This is a very nice C-400 MK II and well worth the attention she deserves.
