*MAJOR OVERHAUL COMPLETED IN THE LAST YEAR*

The Grady White 28 Marlin is a great platform for fishing or commuting in all conditions, built to handle the most rugged conditions in our local waters in comfort. With the hardtop, enclosure and diesel heat year around boating is a breeze. The reliable four stroke F225 yamaha motors have only 800 hours. 

There is a boarding ladder, kicker bracket and transom door on the swim grid. The cockpit is huge and is wired for Scotty downriggers and has holds for bait and fish. The drop curtain helps enclose the raised helm area, which has two captains chairs. The helm has great visibility with a big screen Raymarine C120, auto pilot , trim tab control, windlass control, two wipers and an Icom VHF radio. 

The cabin sleeps 4 with a Vberth and mid cabin. There is a single burner stove, sink and Norcold fridge. The enclosed head has a sink and shower, holding tank and pumpout. There is a 30 amp smartplug shore power system which is seldom used due to the 2 solar panels hooked up to a victron controller. The new 3000W inverter has a Xantrex controller. 

Work completed in the past year includes:

• Replaced port and starboard aft decks with Coosa Core and new fiberglass, gelcoat and textured nonskid paint, including re-core of swim step.
• Fiberglass repairs to main hull stringers
• Cleaned out bilges
• Added additional deck drain for battery/bilge hatch coaming
• Flush + clean fuel tanks 
• New fuel feed lines from tanks to selector valves
• New diesel heater 7 gallon fuel tank
• Replaced deck drain thru hull scupper valves port side
• Gelcoat repairs to starboard aft hull corner
• Cleaned upholstery
• Inspections of bilge and compartments/voids, check wiring, hoses etc
• Replace transom hatch with new Temptress Hatch
• Replaced start and house batteries
• Replaced worn battery switches, faulty circuit breakers and corroded terminals and cables.
• Replaced Victron battery monitor and shunt
• Installed 2x new Rule bilge pumps and float switches
• Added new port side outboard leg
• Replaced shift cable on starboard outboard.
