This Landfall 35, built in Rhode Island, is an impressive Rob Ball design built by C&C Yachts from 1979 to 1984. C&C known for their sleek, beautiful racer/cruisers has always enjoyed the hallmarks of wonderful built quality and precision handling while you experience speed and stability at sea as well as maneuverability in tight spaces at low speeds. The Landfall 35 was designed as a perfect boat for a couple, but has the accommodations to add two more. Her quarter berth is 6’6”. Maximum headroom is 6’6”. She has everything worked out for ease, comfort, simplicity and for convenience below decks and above. Her interior layout offers an isolated master double berth aft including dressing area. Forward of the galley the dinette converts into a large double 6’4” berth The starboard side galley has a stainless steel sink, gimbaled stove & oven, top loading refrigeration and plenty of drawers, cupboards and lockers and even a wet bar. The portside shower and head is accessible from the master cabin or the main salon through solid doorways which close for privacy. Offered in deep and a shoal draft,  Lothario sports the shallower of the two with a fin keel configuration with the rudder behind the skeg. She has a masthead rig supported with rod rigging. The current owner has sailed it many times single-handed and is the perfect couples boat for he and his wife.  He originally outfitted the boat for extended cruising in remote area. He says he’s reached the time of his life to reluctantly sell her. She is a USCG documented vessel. Always fresh water. Never chartered. One owner.
