A Storied Past
Cybèle’s origins are as meaningful as her silhouette. Originally commissioned for the SNSM of Granville in the 1950s, she later served a local physician navigating between Granville and the Chausey Islands. Over the years, she has sailed through the English Channel, the coast of Brittany, the Gulf of Morbihan, and the Mediterranean Sea.
Launched in Marseille post-restoration, she cruised to Tunisia before returning to the Atlantic. Since 2010, she’s been sailing the Atlantic coast and is now based in Barcelona—perfectly positioned to continue exploring the Med or return through the Canal du Midi to her Atlantic roots.
Why Cybèle?
