The large sunbathing area and cushions located on the starboard and port sides stand out in the cockpit. It is observed that a very nice social space has been created around the table in the cockpit, thanks to the seating area with a capacity of 4-6 people positioned close to the kitchen section. The fly bridge section is accessed by a ladder from the cockpit. There is also a sitting group on the fly bridge located just to the starboard side of the bridge. A total of five winches, one of which is electric, are also in this section to control the moving rigging. Both the stern and forward visibility distance of the bridge are good. Part of the fly bridge, just above the bridge and seating area, is covered with bimini. Fly bridge is designed quite wide. The walkways that make it possible to pass from the port and starboard sides of the boat to the bow are covered with teak. Some of these walkways are in need of repair and/or renovation. Even though the main mast's stays anchored by turnbuckles at the middle of these transitions, both the stanchion heights makes the transition safe. From these walkways on the starboard and port sides, you can reach the swimming platform with 3-4 step ladders by proceeding to the stern of the boat. Considering that the boat was built in a hefty manner, we can say that these stairs were designed quite steeply. It is considered that it would be appropriate to manufacture/install an additional safety mechanism (door, wire, etc.) in front of the stairs in question, especially for families with children, in order to ensure a controlled passage. The inside of the boat is entered through a large sliding glass door in the cockpit. Although the saloon has a very spacious layout, an additional captain's cabin catches our eye when you enter. This helm house is very well positioned, which will allow you to use the boat from inside during heavy seas and bad weather conditions. When you enter the saloon, the kitchen section is located at the port side. In the kitchen section, which can be considered sufficient for a boat of this size, there are refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, stove, microwave oven, work benches and many storage areas. There is also a table and seating area in this section. By adjusting the table level, it can be used as a coffee table and bed if needed. The saloon is air conditioned. The starboard side hull of the boat is designed as the owner's cabin only. There is a large double bed at the starboard stern. In the starboard quarter part, a sofa and plenty of storage areas and wardrobes stand out. Towards the front, there are separately located toilet and shower sections. The owner cabin is air conditioned. There are two cabins on the port side hull of the boat. The toilet and shower section of each cabin are separate from each other. There are double beds in the cabins and each one is air conditioned. The wooden materials used in the boat's furniture, hardwood coating and/or separators are first class and of very high quality. The interior of the boat is on an excellent leveland high end. It would not be wrong to say that it was very well preserved by her owner. Although the boat was acquired in 2015 with two 55 hp Yanmar engines; It was completely arbitrarily replaced by the current owner with two 240 hp Yanmar machines focused on power and performance. It has been observed that the machines are under 500 hours and the authorized service maintenance is preferred. As a result of our sea trial, the economic speed of the boat was determined as 8.5 knots and the maximum speed as 13 knots. There is an aluminum Selden mast on the boat. The main sail is classical type with battens and can be easily used by the help of electric winch. The sails and the standing rigging of the boat are original, fabric made.
The boat is made entirely of aluminum. For this reason, there will be no osmosis problem as in fiberglass boats in the following years. Aluminum boats are considered to be safer than other boats, especially in upper latitudes and long passage crossings. The exterior view of the boat; Although it may seem unusual compared to other mass production fiberglass boats, it is a very good alternative especially for those who want to live on board for a long time considering the price/performance.
There is also a water maker and generator on the boat. Especially with her 870 liters fuel, 400 liters waste water and 400 liters fresh water tank capacities, she offers long term accommodation in sheltered bays and remote islands.
Aluminum boat prices are higher than the boats which made of other materials (wood/fiberglass). When we compare Ovni and Garcia boats which were made of aluminum, (which have become prominent and traded in the market as of now) with today's fiberglass mass production boats in terms of price/performance; it has been found that Aluminum boats of similar sizes are sold for almost twice as many as fiberglass boats. Considering that fiberglass mass-produced catamarans of similar age, 40 feet, are sold in the price range of 350-400k€; The selling price of €295k for this boat, which is specially made from aluminum and has a full inventory, is considered to be a very reasonable asking price when evaluated in terms of price/performance.
Our boat is for sale from the first owner with a full inventory. The inventory list is shared below, and we would like to point out that the boat, which was put up for sale with the Turkish flag. Tax paid in Turkey. The boat does not have any charter/rental history. Boat demonstrations will be held during working hours on weekdays, except Sundays by making an appointment. It is necessary to make an appointment at least two days in advance to see the boat.
