The MacGregor 26M is a versatile boat that can be sailed or used as a powerboat. One person can raise and lower the mast, launch the boat and sail it away in 15 to 25 minutes. The MacGregor 26M is easy to sail, but with the 50HP outboard with a maximum speed of 19 knots which would easily pull a water skier. This adds extra fun to any voyage. At high speed she is a remarkably comfortable and gives a stable ride. This particular boat has a white hull and has been very lightly used. The boat is being offered for sale with a double axle braked road trailer that has just been serviced with new tyres, brakes and bearings.

The MacGregor 26 offers an open plan layout with five berths in light and roomy interior. Double berth forward, dinette to starboard that converts to a single berth and a double quarter berth aft.
The galley is to port with single burner gas hob and single sink. Aft of the forward double is the heads compartment with chemical toilet. Crockery, cutlery and carpet in the saloon.
Fractional rigged sloop. Deck stepped silver anodised swivelling mast and boom with slab reefing mainsail and furling headsail. Stainless standing rigging 2007, Terylene running rigging. Mast raising system.

Located on the transom, Yamaha FT50hp 4 stroke outboard petrol engine (new 2007) , electric start, and single lever remote control with power trim, tilt, fuel tank and gauges. Seawater cooled. 3 blade fixed prop. Outboard connector bar. 2 x 25 litre fuel cans. Cruising speed of 6 knots, max speed of 19 knots. Engine last serviced 2020 and only used for 10 hours since.
2 x 12v batteries charging from alternator and solar panel.

Built by MacGregor in 2007. White GRP hull with rubber rubbing strakes. White GRP coachroof with moulded non-skid decks. Water ballast which can be emptied with lift keel. Wheel steering to twin transom hung rudders with lifting blades. Self-draining cockpit. Double Axle braked road trailer that has just been fully serviced.
