LAST DANCE is a fine example of one of Sea Ray's most popular models, the 40 Sundancer. Boasting a history of consistent care and upgrades, she's in very nice condition and fully serviced and ready to go (including recent cooler service)
With the factory hard-top upgrade and the recent Sunbrella® camper canvas added by the current owner (including screen, textulene shades and eisenglass, all in like new condition) adding excellent space and usability to the cockpit vs the standard sunfly, this boat is a very cruisable boat for a couple looking to do the loop, or go beyond just a day or weekend boating adventure.
Some notable items include:
Dual Garmin MFDs (7612 and 1242XSV)
Garmin 424 HD2 Radar
Garmin GHP Reactor 400 Autopilot
Garmin VHF 300 AIS
Full camper canvas with three options (screen, eisenglass white textulene)
Cockpit regrigerator
Cockpit flat screen TV
16,000BTU Cockpit AC
Forward Sunpad
AC in Master and Salon have nee recently replaced
The forward master offers a centerline queen bed, abundant storage and ensuite access to both the head and the shower.
The shower compartment is separate from the head itself - allowing for both to be sizable - larger than most 40 foot boats.
The galley spans the port side of the salon, and is fully functional and capable of day trips to longer term cruising. All necessary amenities are present and accounted for.
The aft stateroom is a nice place for kids to relax and watch their favorite shows on the comfortable L-shaped settee, or close it off with the curtain, pull out the bed and make it a fully functional stateroom for overnight guests.
The helm has a cull compliment of upgraded Garmin electronics. The double seat offers room for the captain and a companion, and sightlines all around are impressive.
The aft deck/cockpit area of LAST DANCE is the perfect area for entertaining, enjoying quiet nights at anchor or even social gatherings at the marina or sandbar. A Massive wraparound settee with a custom wood table is the central focus of the Sea Ray Sundancer series, and the one on the 40 doesn't disappoint.
An outdoor sink, cockpit refrigerator and additional storage all compliment an already ideal space.
The engine room is accessed through a large opening floor hatch on an electric actuator with a safety bar once open. A ladder forward leads down to a centerline walkway leading aft allowing access to the inboard sides of the engines and eventually the steering gear, holding tank and pumps and generator to starboard.
