Built in 2005, hull number of 8 of Mangusta 92 Open series has been kept in strict private use until 2020 when she first appeared on the charter market and has successfully completed back to back bookings since.
Previously kept as a chase boat to a larger yacht, the interior and exterior are immaculate thanks to hardly ever having been slept in. The exterior is washed down very regularly and carefully, avoiding abrasive cleaning products and the hull is polished annually with wax top up monthly. Today, she is a very successful charter vessel attracting families and long term charter bookings.
The vessel has had exceptional maintenance since new such as the 10 year major Kamewa jet overhaul performed in 2017; top end overhaul of the main engines in 2018; hull sandblasted and fuel tanks deep clean in 2018; swim platform recaulked 2021; exterior partial respray 2021; new exterior upholstery 2021 among many more noteworthy items. A full maintenance list is available on request.
Not only is the vessel's condition extraordinary and ready for another season, the layout allows for guest cabins to enjoy the quietest part of the vessel forward, far away from the engine room its vibrations and sound on the contrary of most sisterships. The interior is fully optimized to receive up to 10 guests in 4 cabins each with ensuite bathrooms.
LITTLE ZOE's accommodation is best in class thanks to the guest cabins being separated from the engine room by the crew area so most noise and vibrations are dissipated prior to reaching the guest areas. This layout aids greatly in providing comfort during overnight passages and an overall quieter experience in comparison to sisterships where the guest cabins are exposed to the crew area and closer to the engine room.
The Master Cabin situated mid ship and taking advantage of the vessel's full beam, features a king size bed, desk / make up station and sofa. Further amenities include a large walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with His & Hers sinks, bidet, toilet and large shower.
There are two Twin cabins located on port and starboard of the vessel's lower deck, each with their own ensuite, pullman beds and closet space. Starboard's ensuite bathroom also has a door access to the vessel's main corridor, allowing the bathroom to be used as a day head.
Further forward is the VIP cabin, the second most spacious cabin on the vessel with its own ensuite bathroom and closet space.
Mangusta 92 are highly favoured thanks to their distinctive design and well rounded format; LITTLE ZOE tops the scales thanks to all boxed ticked approach which allows for the easiest ownership format and operation.
Thanks to being one of the few 92' registered below 24 meters, she can be solely operated by an Owner with an entry level license so to avoid having to rely on crew and therefore retain maximum privacy. This registration also allows for the least invasive regulation and reduced upkeep investment requirements.
Being already commercially registered, the next Owner can continue the charter business and earn substantial cost covering income without having to invest any time or money to make the vessel commercially compliant.
The vessel is VAT paid in Europe allowing for any Owner to cruise the Mediterranean without any concern and gives the vessel competitive edge during resale.
Furthermore, an Owner operator and / or crew will particularly enjoy the use of the Kamewa A56 series waterjet which can be operated with a joystick from the helm allowing for precise and easy docking.
For sale by her second Owner, LITTLE ZOE has been since 2020 a very successful charter business.
From her build to 2019 the vessel was privately operated as a chase boat to a larger yacht and very rarely used by guests. As such her original interior remains in impeccable condition, having prior to 2020 hardly been slept in or used.
From 2020 onward the vessel has been continuously maintained to a very high standard in order to stand out as an exceptional charter vessel. That method has proven very successful as the vessel has enjoyed regular bookings and full charter seasons proving her versatility, appeal and reliability.
Full charter historic breakdown is available on request.
LITTLE ZOE has had consistent large investments into her maintenance rather than allowing items onboard to cumulatively fail before investing into a major refit.
KameWa Overhaul (10year service) 2017; Engine top end rebuild 2018; Tanks cleaned 2018; Hull Sand Blasted 2018 etc.
Please enquire for her full maintenance log.
Throughout the years, most winter periods have seen large works being performed to keep her in like new condition. Inspections are highly encouraged.
