THIS IS A ONE OWNER BOAT PURCHASED IN 2004. EXTREMELY WELL CARED FOR AND IT SHOWS INSIDE AND OUT. VERY WELL MAINTAINED MECHANICALLY . NEW VINYL IN THE COCKPIT 3 YEARS AGO AND NEW CANVAS 2 YEARS AGO. UPDATED GARMIN ELECTRONICS . THERE IS A BOW THRUSTER TO HELP NEGOTIATE THE DOCKING . THE AFT CABIN HAS A SINGLE AND A DOUBLE BERTH IN IT. 2 ZONE AIR CONDITIONING KEEPS HER VERY COMFORTABLE ON THOSE HOT DAYS . THE GENERATOR HAS LOW HOURS ALSO , AS THEY RARELY USE IT. THE EXHAUST WAS DONE APPROXIMENTLY 3 YEARS AGO. DO NOT LET THIS BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY EXCALIBUR SLIP THROUGH YOUR FINGERS.
