LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain locker is followed by the forward 'VIP' GUEST STATEROOM, featuring an island queen berth with storage below, opening overhead skylight hatch, cedar lined hanging lockers, additional drawer storage, screened portlights, overhead and accent lighting plus reading lamps, 13" TV with DVD playe, privacy door aft and private access door to the guest head. Next aft is the second GUEST STATEROOM, offering stacked single berths outboard with the lower berth pull-out to create a double size, cedar lined hanging locker plus additional cabinet storage, overhead and accent lighting plus reading lamps, wired for TV, privacy door inboard and easy access to the adjacent guest head.

From the COMPANIONWAY is the curved stairwell to the main deck; aft and down finds the full-width midships MASTER SUITE, offering an island king berth with storage beneath, built-in vanity with Corian countertop, cedar-lined hanging lockers plus drawer storage, 20-inch flat screen TV with DVD and VHS players, overhead and accent lighting plus reading lamps, privacy door forward; and private ensuite MASTER HEAD with separate stall shower, Corian sole and Corian countertops.

On the MAIN DECK begins forward with the commanding PILOTHOUSE with centerline MAIN HELM offering excellent visibility and a deerskin power 6-way adjustable captain's helmseat. To port is the handy DINETTE/SETTEE with deerskin upholstery and custom Corian drop-leaf table, offering guests the best of views while underway or at anchor. Opposite to starboard is the stairwell to the FLYBRIDGE and BOAT DECK above. Aft of the dinette on port is the pilothouse-level GALLEY, which is open forward and aft for easy conversation and passing of meals and snacks. Aft and down is the expansive SALON, offering great views from every seat, including two matching barrell chairs to port and a leather sofa on starboard; (2) matching custom oval cocktail tables, and 42" LED TV with Bose surround sound, VCR, DVD and KVH satellite receiver.

Finally aft are sliding glass doors opening to the ample COCKPIT, with ladder access forward to the boat deck and flybridge plus a transom door aft to access the large integral SWIMSTEP.

INTERIOR is fully upgraded throughout, including carpets, deerskin leather upholstery, high gloss cherry wood package, Corian countertops, custom cabinetry for salon wetbar, entertainment center, and wine rack. CABIN CLIMATE CONTROL is via a 4-zone reverse-cycle heat and air conditionging. HEADS are Raritan and plumbed to holding tank with pumpout valve and tank tender. ALSO NOTE: Central vac system; satellite KVH TV.
