CONSTRUCTION
- Hull is constructed of hand laminated fiberglass layers of mat and woven roving with hand brushed NGA gelcoat
- Deck and superstructure are constructed of a single piece of hand laminated fiberglass which is glued and connected to the hull with bolts through the deck flange, hull flange with an aluminum toe rail
- Longitudinal stringers, traverse beams and the engine bed form the hull framing
- Keel: 4.6 tons (10,000lbs) of lead ballast, secured to the hull by acid proof steel bolts with S/S internal backing plates
- Pilot house windows are reinforced safety glass housed in aluminum frames.
- Nonskid finish on the decks
