Two screened opening portlights in head compartment. Guest stateroom aft to port with large over under bunks. Two screened opening portlights. Guest head opposite to starboard with mirrored sink and Corian vanity top, stall shower and electric flush toilet. Two screened opening portlights in head. Engine room entrance aft through large hinged door with inspection port to facilitate daily and underway checks. Engine room is well lit and tidy. All through-hulls and intakes labeled, fuel manifold system easy to access and all valves clearly labeled. Aft and up four steps to salon and galley. Fully equipped U-shaped galley forward with Corian breakfast bar and two fixed stools. L-shaped UltraLeather settee to port, built in writing desk opposite to starboard. Built in end tables port and starboard. Screened sliding windows port, starboard and aft allow ample natural light and ventilation. New wooden Venetian blinds and exterior Textilene solar screens for all salon windows. Three hatches in salon sole open to engine room. 6'8" headroom in salon. From salon forward to starboard and up four steps to raised pilothouse. Strategically placed handrails make moving fore, aft and through the vessel safe and convenient. Pilothouse features centerline helm with raised UltraLeather settee and watch berth aft. Forward facing reverse raked windshields and windows port and starboard afford excellent visibility. 6'7" headroom in pilothouse. Hinged wing doors port and starboard open to wide, deep side decks leading forward to Portuguese bridge. Hinged door in Portuguese bridge bulwark opens to foredeck and associated ground tackle. Opening hatch in pilothouse overhead. From interior of pilothouse aft and up four steps to port to through hinged door and sliding overhead hatch to flybridge. Centerline helm with upholstered captain and companion seats. New Bimini top. New dinghy and outboard on cradle aft to starboard. Aluminum mast and boom, and electric winch make dinghy launch and retrieval a no-problem evolution. Brand new custom canvas covers for helm station, seats, dinghy and winch. Fiberglass locker for propane bottle storage aft of companion seat. Holds two bottles. Nonskid deck surface and stainless rails surrounding entire perimeter of flybridge provide a large margin of safety in all weather conditions. Returning to salon, aft through hinged door to large cockpit. Flybridge overhangs cockpit making a cozy back porch. Hinged hatch in cockpit sole opens to huge lazarette. Transom door opens to retractable swim platform. Seven step vertical ladder to port leads up and through hinged hatch to flybridge. Wide, covered side decks with boarding doors port and starboard. Teak gunwales have been Awlgripped, greatly easing exterior maintenance. Vessel just professionally polished. Extremely generous locker, drawer and concealed and shelf storage, beautiful teak and holly sole and varnished teakwood throughout. Very nice!

Broker comments
This is the 4th Selene Solo I have represented in a 30-year career. "RESOLUTE" is in very nice condition for her age. To my research she is on her 3rd owner and has been lightly used and cared for in her 23 years. She does have some soft deck issue in the cockpit and swim platform will need rebuilding, her asking price reflects those issues. Please contact us directly as we are not co-broking this vessel at this time.
