The Hunter 340 is designed for your convenience while aboard, both at the dock and underway. Her size makes her perfect for day sailing or overnights while enjoying coastal cruising with accommodations for seven. Her cockpit and main salon are spacious and comfortable. The L-shaped galley is both functional and well thought out with plenty of storage. The head is roomy with space enough to shower in comfort and she has air conditioning to keep you cool on those steamy gulf coast evenings while at dock.
On deck, the 340 is easily single handed but with room for a big crowd. She features Hunter’s large oval cockpit with a walk through transom, swim platform with shower, two transom storage lockers and stern rail seats. The helm is impressive with a large instrument pod and cockpit table. Three additional cockpit lockers make it easy to store your gear. All sail controls are right at hand with cabin top mounted main halyard winch and primary jib winches. The main sheet and traveler controls are easily managed from the helm via Hunter’s unique stainless steel arch.
This Hunter 340 is in very nice condition and she is ready for your sailing adventures. Overall, Slowdown offers a perfect blend of sailing performance, crew comfort and affordability and she is a great value at this price. If you’re looking for true creature comforts above and below decks and a sail plan that is both fun and easy to handle, Slowdown is a MUST SEE!
