Jimannie is a spacious and comfortable catamaran that is absolutely blue water capable and a great option for a full time live aboard or Caribbean cruiser. With 3 separate queen sized berths, a full galley, water maker and generator, Jimannie can surely accommodate your needs. This boat has more than enough room to spread out and find comfort while cruising the waterways and with all lines leading to the helm, it's an easy boat to sail, even with just one person.
The deck space for Jimannie is split into two main decks, the bow and the aft, by the mast.
The aft deck starts with a boarding ladder and swim platform which gives access to the main aft deck entrance with a removable deck separator. Above the swim platform there is a dinghy davit which allows for easy access to hoist and store the dinghy while underway. The aft deck offers a large deck hatch with ample storage space for an outboard, cushions, Bimini covers, and other deck supplies. The entire aft deck has the ability to be covered by a Bimini top by offering two separate Bimini frames. forward of the deck hatch is the seating area with an extendable table that can easily accommodate 4-6 people. Along with the cushioned bench seating around the table area, Jimannie offers a helm seat for navigating as well a matching mate's seat across the deck companionway which could be used by a guest while navigating. All sailing lines lead back to the helm which allows the boat to be easily sailed, even single handed. There are multiple deck speakers as well as raised hatches that open outwards and give access to the guest cabins.
The helm offers an oversized steering wheel, Volvo Penta controls and gauges, Simrad electronics and a Ritchie compass.
The bow deck offers a lot of open space and features two large storage hatches, anchor with ground tackle leading to the anchor locker & windlass foot controls. There are also two windows that open outward and give access to the master sweet.
All rigging and sails are said to be in good condition
As you enter the boat, the galley can be found off to the port side and covers that entire side of the boat for the length of the salon.
walking down the steps to the galley, the refrigerator with a separate enclosed freezer will be directly in front of you. The fridge and freezer are larger than what you would generally find on a boat of this size but would not be considered a full-size. Over top of the refrigerator is an open shelf which will be great for storage. Directly underneath the fridge are a pair of dual cabinets which allow for four separate storage spaces.
Moving on from the fridge and walking towards the bow, there is a small section of counter top space with a pull out drawer below and a hinged cabinet below that.
The boat also has a double burner Hillerange gas stove top and gas oven. The stove top has a matching counter top piece that covers the stove when not in use.
Closer towards the bow, you have another open counter top space with storage below it and then a double sink.
The galley also offers cabinets overhead of the counter tops, sink, and stove.
On the opposite side of the galley there is a GE turntable microwave as well.
Entering the salon of the boat, you walk down to wooden steps from the helm area out on the deck.
directly in front of you looking towards the bow of the boat is a large L-shaped settee and a large dinette table that folds open to accommodate for extra room when not in use. Towards the starboard side of the salon and aft of the table is another fixed seating area.
Exiting the salon through the starboard companionway, there are two more steps that take you down and give access to the boats breaker panel. Turning aft from the companionway will take you to 1 of 2 private guestrooms. If you head towards the bow from the companionway you will enter the head, which has its own separate and enclosed shower. Beyond the head is another private room which is being used as a workspace/office and houses the generator for the boat.
If you exit the salon from the port side, 2 steps will take you down into the beginning of the galley. Aft of the galley is the second private guest room which again comfortable can accommodate 2. If you head towards the bow from the companionway, you again walk through the galley into a separate room which leads to the master suite that sits athwartship in the bow of the boat. This sleeping area can accommodate 2 also has a small storage area and room before you climb onto the mattress on a 2 step ladder.
Jimannie really utilizes the available space onboard and can comfortable sleep 6 or more people. The boat offers 3 different, private rooms. Each of which have custom mattresses to accommodate those staying onboard.
Aft of both the port and starboard companionways you will find two twin guest rooms, both with private access and hinged doors. each room has a sleeping area for 2 guests on a raised platform which can be found over the port and starboard engines. The rooms are nearly identical in accommodations and offer multiple windows and an overhead hatch for lighting, a large hanging storage locker, 3 other cabinets, a small nightstand, two 12V outlets as well as an overhead light and a small fan.
The master suite is can be found forward of the salon area and can be left open or has the ability to close a doorway and large window access for privacy. The suite offers a small standing room, forward of the galley which has a large hanging locker, padded seating area, dual drawers and a small step to get onto the mattress. This is the biggest sleeping area on the boat with a custom twin mattress and a padded, angled wall which faces the TV and allows for the area to transform into a lounge when not being slept in. There are wooden shudders which are able to close the access from the salon and allow for added privacy. This area also offers 2 windows for natural light, a fan and ceiling light, as well as storage space all along the forward bulkhead.

According to the current owner, the starboard engine has a misfire on piston #2 so doing your due diligence for repair/maintenance would be required. Obviously this affects the overall price of the boat so offers to negotiate are encouraged
