From new the Chaparral Signature 270 was created as a high-end cruiser that was priced and built to a higher standard than the competition. This full featured vessel is in excellent condition and has been maintained to an extraordinary degree.  Her immaculate engine compartment houses a new Mercruiser 7.4 MPi with under 60 hours use.  The gel coat on her hull is gleaming and has clearly enjoyed a cherished life.  Upholstery inside and out is in excellent condition.  A unique hatch mounted marine air conditioner will be included in the sale to make this an excellent overnight weekender at the marina or with the use of a portable generator.

Both the large and the slightly smaller cockpit and cabin tables are included.  Twin bimini tops allow as much or as little sun into her cockpit as desired.  Recently replaced full custom two-piece cockpit and bow covers protect the entire vessel when stored. 

Her full galley includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and stove.  Hot and cold showers are on offer both aft on the swim platform and within the enclosed head that includes a proper pump out head with a brand new holding tank.

The transom seating quickly stows to enlarge the cockpit when fishing or entertaining. She is housed in a transferable slip at the area's most popular marina with on-site waterfront restaurant and pool, allowing new local owners to bypass the current two year wait list.

In the past year alone she has enjoyed a full tune up and service with an open checkbook.  Her fastidious owner has had the following services performed in the past year alone, all augmenting the previous year's repower:  New hot water heater. New Icom VHF radio. A complete service to include distributor cap, rotor, plugs and fluid change with synthetic oil. Per a Mercruiser service advisory a new low pressure fuel pump was installed to ensure proper hot weather operations.  As preventative maintenance the new engine was augmented with a new starter, alternator & seawater pump.  A new holding tank was also installed along with new black water fittings.
