Fantasea VII has been seen cruising the coast of BC for the last fifteen summers with its current owner. Every year he fully serviced and updated parts of this boat, Kept in a boathouse for many years and it shows. All the upgrades are the right moves, such as the hard top, propane stove, large tender, fresh water heads, Most of the time it was cruised at 8 knots so the engines may have more hours but not pushed hard. Very clean and shows well. Located in the Fraser River and is easy to view. For a production boat it is one of Bayliner's most successful models, and is still a great family boat, and a perfect way to get out on the water and enjoy life.
One of Bayliners best design, the ever popular 47 Pilothouse, very practical for cruising the Pacific Northwest. All things you need on a boat, right from the swim grid to the cockpit, large salon with plenty of light. galley right there to be with your guests. Pilothouse for navigation, room for all your co-pilots, three staterooms and two heads with showers and finally flybridge with a hard cover roof. Feel warm and relaxed any time of the year, all the interior fabric looks refreshed, very little signs of wear, The woodwork is also in top condition and adds a true look of a fine ship The current owner always serviced the boat at the end of the summer, updating anything that was not to his liking. Mentioned after 15 summers on the boat he never had a mechanical problem, or did any damage to the hull. It shows, and it is now your turn to cruise and relax for years to come.
The combination of galley down and in the salon is what makes the 4788 so popular, A large "L" shaped settee to your starboard, two relaxing tub chairs to port, Large adjustable coffee table, The u shaped galley is to the port forward, separated by a raised counter, the galley has hardwood floor, new gas stove, new refrigerator and plenty of drawers and cupboards for all your cooking needs. Across the salon is the wet bar with a ice maker and more storage spaces. Forward and down three stairs is the companion way forward to the staterooms and heads. to Port is the VIP stateroom with a full double bed, lights and storage cupboard, To your right is the guest heads with a new Techma fresh water toilet and a full standup shower stall with a vanity sink. Further along the companion way is the built in Splendide washing machine and dryer. Up one step you are in the Master Stateroom with an island queen bed, separate heads with new fresh water heads, stand up tub shower combination and a vanity sink, Two storage cupboards and plenty of drawers for your clothes. Behind to your port is the third stateroom, here is a very large hanging closet and a set of bunk beds, perfect for the grandchildren yet long enough for a grown man.
The interior is heated by electric heat as well as Reverse Cycle AC/Heat for all season use.
Back in the salon are the stairs up to the pilot house. here you find a well defined control panel with all the electronics and engine gauges easy to see and read, settee to the port side, Doors on both sides for access to the fore deck, Large and all around windows gives you all the visibility need for safe navigation.
Midships are another set of stairs leading up to the flybridge. Here you will immediately notice the hard top roof and full Lamiglass forward and side curtains. This allows you to pilot the boat from here all year around, Two full settees, one a lounger on the starboard side and a "L" shaped one behind the pilot seat, Further back is an outdoor refridgerator and sink, The Tender sits up here but when in the water there is plenty of deck space for more chairs and tables.
