The cabin Heat needs fixing. 

Standing Rigging replaced in 2017, engine serviced every year, sail drive gasket 2021, sail drive and propeller replaced in 2020. Seacocks replaced In 2022. Fridge serviced in 2021. All invoices are available onboard. 

Defects disclosed by the owner: The boiler only gives hot water when the engine is running. Bow thruster does not work. Central Heater needs servicing. Some fixtures/water faucets need replacing in the bathroom. 

Last antifouling 2019, the boat has been stored outside the water most winters. 

Last time out of the water in 2022.
