Fly bridge

1. Fly bridge dodger received rear enclosure with zipper door to keep birds away and to keep     warmer in winter.
2. Special high gain Wi-Fi marine antenna added with router below to send signal throughout vessel.
3.  Ladder teak treads secured with new stainless screws.
4. Small refrigerator (110V AC) installed under bridge cabinet.
5. Propane tank valve repaired/replaced
6. Safety gate installed for children.
7. New Garmin Chart Plotter installed.
8. New captain chair foot rests installed. 
9. New auto pilot gauges installed
10. Older Ray Marine Chart plotter repaired
11. DC lighting added on top of fly bridge dodger to light aft deck and on deck in front of fly bridge to light up foward deck area.
12. Bennett trim tab indicators repaired/replaced

Aft deck/lazarette

1. Stainless grill adjustable grill support added.
2. 12 Volt bilge dry pump system installed and run to all bilge pumps
3. Hydraulic steering system removed and rebuilt to stop leaking
4. Grounding wires installed from rudder posts to side deck railing
5. Teak deck and steps cleaned/oiled
6. Swim platform fitted with stainless brackets to hold inflatable out of water while towing.
7. Padding added to cockpit perimeter for securing outboard motor for inflatable. (Note:  inflatable and outboard motor excluded form sale).
8. Aft deck shower system rebuilt and replaced with new stainless hardware.
9. Welcome rug added at entrance to salon.
10. New flag pole (varnished professionally) and larger American flag ensign added.

Deck area

1. Crazing repaired on fiberglass
2. Windshield wiper blades replaced along with washing hoses.
3. Flag staff added to forward rail for Yacht Club Burgee flag
4. Gate installed in life lines on port side to allow easier access from dock/dock stairs
5. Topsides of main house/cabin cleaned and waxed.

Salon

1.  New Garmin chat plotter installed.
2. Sirius XM satellite system installed for music and off shore weather with subscription
3. New auto pilot system gauges installed
4. New high bilge alarm installed
5. New tank level indicator for septic tank installed.
6. New electric panel AA and DC gauges installed where defunct.
7. New Auto Pilot installed (Garmin) and synced to chart plotters.
8. New engine fire alarm and automatic extinguisher system installed in engine room with monitoring at lower steering station.   Duplicate system found to be with last upgrade of main engines which unknown to previous owner.  Therefore two redundant fire/engine stop systems.
9. HVSAC Salon system overhauled.
10. Two (2() swivel chairs replaced with hardwood benches with cushions an d storage cabinets
11. 10.  New Fusion stereo system installed in center cabinet utilizing pre-existing speakers in salon and fly bridge.
12. Smart TV bracket mounted to support TV and free up desk area.
13. Cabling installed from TV’s to new outdoor antennas for both salon and master cabin televisions.
14. All ceiling and hallway lighting changed to cooler and brighter dimmable LED lighting as well as well as in galley.
15. New winter portable heater installed
16. Bennett trim tab indicators repaired/replaced.

Galley

1. New knob for refrigerator installed
2. New convection oven installed 
3. New coffee maker and toaster oven installed
4. New grey water holding tank with pump installed under floor area.

Heads

1. Both head systems disassembled and rebuilt.

Forward Master Cabin

Engine Room

1.  New exhaust fan installed on port side
2. Hull Ultra Sonic barnacle killing device installed along with transponders throughout inside of hull.  Note:  Owner plans to remove this system leaving wiring for future owner’s use.
3. Main HVAC system overhauled.
4. Engine and generator oil changing pump system repaired
5. Engine oil /filters changed annually.
6. Generator oil/filter changed as needed.

Twin Detroit 6V92/TA DDEC with dual station controls.

Engines rebuilt 2016 at 2000 hours with 600 hours SMOH. Complete overhaul of both engines, including rods, and main bearings, cylinder kits, exchanged heads; rebuild injectors, turbos, blowers, fresh water, and raw water pumps. Rebuild fuel pumps, cleaned and resealed all coolers; replaced fuel hoses and clamps.

Northern Lights 12 KW generator with 1,800 hours

Sidepower 7 hp bow thruster.

Oil change system has reverse function for both emptying and filling oil sumps in main engines and generator

Engine panel is all electric including gauges for RPM, oil pressure, voltage, temp, and audible alarm for over temp and low oil pressure.
