I have owned this boat for 6 years, I have not used but 3 times in the last 2 years. The boat is at Tantallon Live aboard Marina in Fort Washington. So you could be buying a 2 bedroom 2 bath floating condo for under 30k. it has 8' head room inside, and is light and bright with the large side windows. It was just power washed and the interior all cleaned. The starboard engine runs great, the port is not running. That is why i priced it so low, it would be 6k to replace the port engine. The red and blue vinyl is 1 year old and the carpet is 4 years old. It is a good deal for someone who wants to personalize it for themselves.  It has 2 16,000 BTU Heat and AC cruise air units. I am selling as is were is.

Fiberglass boat, You can enter from back up the stairs and also doors on both sides of the boat, for when your rafted up. Has a hard top over the cockpit with color led light string. You can change the color with the remote.

Back Covered cockpit with wet bar, two steps up to the flybridge. The fly Bridge has seats behind the helm and semi circular seats on both side. This has a walk through to the bow. In the Salon it has a large semi circle couch on the starboard side. On the port side has a large L-shaped couch with a 42" Smart TV mounted to the wall. next to the L shaped couch is a lift top coffee table. 2-16000 BTU heat and AC units.

Starboard engine has 907 hours on a 454 Marine powered 385HP with fuel injection. Runs great. The Port engine is not working, it will not turn over. it has 707 Hours on it. I found a rebuilt block for 3k. So if you remove everything off motor pull that block you can put the new one in and mount everything back on, total 5-6k for new motor.
