1994 Sea Ray 440 Sundancer44ft

This 1994 Sea Ray 440 is a clean, well-maintained boat that has undergone a number of upgrades, conversions and refurbishing.

The 440 has been converted from 44’ to 50’, by way of a customized transom with stern facing large storage compartment and an extended hydraulic swim platform/tender lift with walk thru cockpit access on either side of the boat.

The boat was repowered with twin 450 hp Cummins Diamond Service engines in 2001. Just months ago, the port engine received a complete rebuild, while the starboard engine a complete overhaul.  Both are in excellent condition with only 5 hours on each after the service.  The generator with 500 hours also received a complete overhaul and is in great shape.  The engine room was reconfigured, making it much more accessible to engines, generator and battery banks.

New interior and exterior upholstery, new isinglass, new canvas, including the camper top over the cockpit offering 6.4” headroom, are just some of the latest upgrades.System upgrades include new electric head/macerator with all new plumbing and hoses, new anchor windlass and chain, dual control air conditioning and a custom DC Odyssey battery/inverter electrical system.  Electronics include Navigation, GPS, Radar and Sonar, all visible on a multi display monitor with touchscreen capability.

Seas The Moment lll, is owned by a commercial airline pilot who understands the importance of proper maintenance, back up systems to minimize the chance of mechanical failure and overall compromise of safety aboard. One example of this is a secondary alarm system, both visual and sound, for engine temperature and oil pressure.
