1994 Sea Ray 370 Sundancer38ft

From autumn 2021 until September 2022 we have spent over €24,000 on this Sea Ray Sundancer 370. As far as we know, except for a few minor blemishes she is in excellent shape. Also, last summer we went from Barcelona to Gibraltar and back to Almerimar and this summer from Almerimar to Mar Menor. All without a hitch. There are 2 Cruisair Air Conditioning units, both work perfectly and enable you to get a cool restful night's sleep. There are a huge amount of spare parts on board. A nice 10 foot Zodiac dinghy and 2.5 HP four stroke Yama Outboard. An aft anchor, chain and rode in addition to the electrically operated forward anchor winch. The toilet was completely rebuilt in 2021. A new set of batteries were installed and a new 12 volt radio and a new SIMRAD Plotter/navigator. The 6 man liferaft is only 2 years old. A complete set of technical manuals and books are on board. New upholstery on aft deck, New Bimini and a full set of Winter covers. The galley is fully equipped. A new large 12volt/220volt refrigerator and freezer (with new invertor) is in the galley and a new 12volt fridge freezer is on the back deck, both VERY efficient. We spent 4 to 5 months living aboard and there is not one piece of equipment lacking and we hardly ever eat out as there is literally everything you need on board. Right down to the Tea Kettle, Toaster and Potato Peeler AND corkscrew - of course!
