1994 CARVER 440 AFT CABIN
ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION
The 440 aft cabin was introduced in 1993. She was and still is a favorite family cruiser and live-aboard. Aft and forward staterooms provide maximum separation and each cabin has en-suite access to a head with a stall shower. In 1996 the Carver 445 was introduced... the 445 is the same boat as the 440 with an integrated swim platform. It remained in production until 1999.
This second owner has owned Our Time since 2011. She has safely carried it's owners on two Great Loop trips. It has many outstanding features... here are just a few:
- Bottom job 2021
- Engines have received their 1500, 2000, and 3000 hour recommended service
- Two organized folders of maintenance records
- No window leaks (windows were rebeded in 2015)
- Radar and KVH tv antenna are mounted on a metal plate that can swing under the arch... waterline to top of arch 13'.

Salon: L-shaped sofa, TV and CD/DVD/i-pod stereo with speaker selector, large opening side windows with screens (4)
Aft Deck: Hardtop with Strataglass enclosure, wing doors to walk-around side decks, wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker, spiral staircase to swim platform
Bridge: Forward bench seat w/storage and custom enclosure with Strataglass panel and Stamoid bimini.
