This yacht is boarded through side gates or from the extended swim-step via the transom gate. The three-stateroom layout with two heads provides roomy accommodations for six. The interior offers the warmth of hand-crafted teak cabinetry, richly-upholstered furniture, and parquet flooring for which Grand Banks yachts are renowned.

The aft Master Stateroom features an island queen-sized berth with en-suite head compartment to starboard featuring a Vacuflush electric head with a holding tank level monitor and a separate walk-in shower compartment. Ample stowage is provided by bookshelves, large hanging locker, and several drawers plus storage under the berth. Overhead light fixtures, 4 brass reading lamps, operable windows, and many LED lights in the head compartment provide ample light, day or night. A companionway aft provides direct access to the cockpit with the emergency ladder stowed beneath.

The forward Guest Stateroom includes a v-berth with filler cushion to convert the berth into a full-width arrangement. There is also an emergency ladder that provides immediate access to the upper exterior deck through the overhead hatch. 

To starboard is the midship there is a Guest Stateroom with twin berths. Each guest stateroom offers hanging lockers and stowage below each berth. To port is a shared head compartment with separate shower compartment and Vacuflush electric head. Overhead LED lighting, operable port lights and an overhead hatch brighten each space.

The galley is located along the port side of the salon, opposite the lower helm station, and provides generous storage and meal preparation area for the cruising chef.

• New aluminum fuel tanks with ~900 US Gallon capacity
• Rebuild both drive engines including, heads, valves, valve guides, injectors, turbos, and heat exchangers
• New outside teak decks with new deck fill hardware and rebuilt lazarette hatches.
• Scrape all bottom paint, repair all blisters, apply 2 part epoxy with additional 2 coats of new bottom paint
• New VHF Antennae
• New marine-grade windshield wiper systems
• New high-output defrost heater fan
• New LED cabin and engine room lighting (dimmable lighting in salon)
  
• Disassemble, clean, and reseat all through hulls
• New CG2 Fireboy Automatic fire suppression for both the engine room and generator room

2021

• Full service both mains and both generators
• Replace all Gear and Throttle control cables
• New Dickenson Grill
• Rebuild bow plank fiberglass structure and refit windlass with 400’ of new 3/8” rode
• New Garmin electronics suite including NEMA 2000 backbone, chart plotter, 1kW Transducer, 24 xHD radar, AIS 800 transceiver, weather station, Garmin 215 VHF Radio, and autopilot controls
• New CO2 detectors
• Replace davit with new Nick Jackson davit and 12volt winch.
• New 2020 Zodiac 11’ Tender with center console and 20HP Yamaha Engine
• Rewire house batteries, starters, alternators to meet current ABYC code
• Rebuild alternators and create digital regulation system with high temperature and amperage install fail-safes for batteries, alternators, chargers and inverters. 
• New 12v NovaKool refrigeration to refit existing refrigeration/freezer spaces (3 systems)
• Naiad stabilizer full service including pump rebuild
• Update complete shower plumbing to include pressure regulator in aft stateroom ensuite

2022

• New PSS dripless shaft seals
• Rebuild and test Hurricane hydronic system at manufacturer’s facilities

• Gear Oil coolers rebuild on both drive engines

• New engine mounts on starboard engine
