Available by Appointment:  Lighthouse Point . This vessel was on the market  in 2021 and deactivated this past February 2022 and relisted first of November 2022 

This 4 stateroom  1988 Viking 70' liveaboard and Island cruiser is in great condition and the Salon and Galley were refurbished in 2017 new Salon shades done summer 2022.   It is powered by twin 12V71 TA Detroit Diesel engines with low hours.  In the last four years there has been numerous replacements/repairs and upgrades. Huge master stateroom with Master head shower and bathtub, VIP stateroom with queen-sized bed, plus two additional guest rooms. One with twin single bunks, one with bunk beds. 

The engine room is super clean with engines and engine room painted Summer 2022 and includes  remote oil change system, stabilizers, and 25KW generator. All have been fully serviced June 2022. The washer and dryer are also located near engine room.

Upper and lower helm stations include Raymarine & Garmin  electronics, autopilot, GPS/plotter, VHF radio, open array radar, and analogue gauges. An additional throttle & gear station with bow thruster control is in the cockpit for convenient docking.

The bridge includes  Bimini top, front isinglass , and a Novurania tender with Yamaha 50 HP outboard. Loads of seating with all new seat cushions summer of 2022.

The galley includes all new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, sink, wine cooler, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and ice maker, as well as new granite countertops in great condition and plenty of cabinet space for storage.

The large salon includes a dining area, two seating areas, wood flooring, TV set concealed by bar, and sliding aft doors to enter the cockpit.

Accommodations include the large master suit with a king-sized bed, three closets, and full head, VIP stateroom with a queen-sized bed and full head, and two twin staterooms which share an additional full head. All staterooms have carpeted flooring in perfect condition and plenty of storage in closets and cabinets.

Other features include a new bow electric windlass, New Bow Thruster,  fender storage at bow, bow lounge bench with new canvas cover, NEW WINDOWS ALL THE WAY AROUND, large cockpit with storage space, cockpit rod holders, cockpit shower, walk-through transom, swim platform, tender davit, varnished wood cockpit and side railing, and high bow rails.

Summer 2022 was last  haul out including complete bottom paint, new cutlass bearings, rudder packing, etc. June 2022 was full engine service. Bottom cleaned by divers every month.

Additional upgrades in 2022 are: bottom strainers were serviced, zincs replaced, seacocks exercised, prop speed applied , shafts and props were dialed in, and balanced, Replaced Naiad stabilizers seals, bearings and locking pins, Generator had full service to include replacing cooling water pump, fuel lines and coolant lines, New  Search light and controls on bridge, new VHF on bridge, Polish and wax hull and superstructure. New underwater lights. New hot water heater, new fresh water pump, All Air Conditioning units serviced. All decks cockpit, bridge deck, bow deck and side decks were repainted and look spectacular. Many more items have been addressed.
