1988 Present Yachts Motor Yacht40ft

A superbly built 1988 Present Sundeck Motor Yacht, perfect for doing The Loop! Built in the Chung Hwa yard in Taiwan and also, known as Ponderosa.

This is a strong and well designed motor yacht, offering lots of storage and comfortable size berths. Lots of traditional teak trim on the interior and a teak hand rail on the exterior.

Galley

Galley is located down and has a propane stove with two tanks located on fly bridge in a locker, full size, one year old Norcold refrigerator/freezer with dual voltage power, microwave, deep stainless steel sinks and 12 volt lighting.

Electronics

VHF, Raymarine and Garmin GPS and trim tabs.

Electrical includes:

TV & Stereo, 110 shore power, 3 12 volt and 8 D batteries with new charger. Bilge pumps.

Exterior

Flybridge includes bimini top, with seating for 6 with new cushions. Full aft deck with hard top, built in bench seating with cushions and storage. Hand rail teak is refinished and aft deck also has an enclosure.

Engines are twin Cummins 215, with a Mariner battery charger. See video of engine room.

This is a 2 owner boat and was in fresh water for 15 years and the vessel was painted from the rub rail up 3 years ago.

This vessel does not have a generator, however there is a wired connection under the battery stand.

She is now ready to move on to a new chapter on the Silk Road.
