Happy Heart, a 1986 Cheoy Lee 53 Motorsailor, needs a new home. This yacht, built to the highest standards and refit to match will go anywhere on the planet with the comfort of home Her twin screws (Ford Lehman 2 x 90 hp - clean bill of health from recent mechanic) will push her at 8 knots for about 2500 nm (pull out the sails and the range is practically unlimited). 1100Gal of diesel and equipped with a water maker you should not have drinking or bathing issues on your adventures. Her genset (12kW) will keep Happy Heart fully powered while at anchor., turning Happy Heart into a full functional home/office with email, washer/dryer, air conditioning/heat, water pressure, hot water, and the list goes on. "New Rudder" - Rudder was split it two to remove and replaced the inner foam

Strut from keel to rudder post re-fiberglassed and reinforced with G10.
