• Oil & fil chg, Ft Laud 8/25/08  with complete re-furbishing of gen set.  Clean up all rust, paint, and clean old sound gasketing from sound shield/generator. Remove coolant tank and clean, clean reservoir tube feed hole. Install new heat exchanger & zinc and all needed hoses. Remove exhaust manifold and outlets to manifold, clean & paint all, clean inside of wet cooled exhaust man and re-assemble with new gaskets/sealant.
• Re-set RPM to spec of  1800. Ck battery; OK.   HRS at 11/18/08  2186
• Change Racor fuel filter, 12/30/08, Ft Laud, HRS  2210-prob not needed, see next item
• Gen falls RPM to high idle with fuel solenoid almost all way out; elec across coil voltage drops to 5-7 volts. ? is solenoid going bad or one of the failure sensors going bad???
• Replace fault sensors oil press, eng temp, exh temp; still failing; replace 20A circuit breaker and fuel cut-off solenoid, Ft Laud, 2/09, HRS 2200

• Engine oil and Filters replaced every year or 100 hours. 10w30 currently, for several first 3 years 10w/40.

• Secondary filters changed every two years
• Engine and Genset raw water pump impeller changed every two years.
• Engine and Genset Zinc inspected and changed as needed,
• Engine start solenoid changed port engine 4/2021
• Engine Thru Hulls, thru hull covers , Seacock shut off , strainers and hoses replaced both engines. Size increased from 2.25 to 2.50 to increase water flow. This change was not needed to solve a problem, it was done as insurance incase water flow is partially restricted for some reason.
• Engine hoses have been changed as need .
• Hose clamps are inspected and changed as needed,
• Both Engine Intercooler acid cleaned 2019
• Engine oil coolers replaced 2019
• Raw water system flushed with barnacle buster 2018, 2016
• Both Engines flushed with fresh water after use via installed engine flush system manifolds 2019. Before that through strainers
• Bilge Pumps replaced as needed. Appox every 3-4 years.
• Saltwater water wash down was installed in 2018, outlet next to fresh water outlet under ladder, a second outlet is in the port forward locker near the anchor so that it can be washed down with salt water when away from the dock conserving fresh water.
• The anchor foot switch was replaced in 2019. It has been tested in 2022.
• There is a bend in the starboard rail that was caused by a line that was tied too short on a piling and bent the rail when the tide went out. The lesson is : Don’t have guests tie lines or if you do, assume they are wrong and check them. 2021
