This Cape Dory is a well designed and built Downeast power boat to picnic, see the sights, and cruise! Her fiberglass hull and deck assembly give an owner ease of maintaining, and her open interior is well designed with teak joinery and sleeping accommodations for four. She goes through the water nicely with her semi-displacement hull and economical single diesel. If you are in the market for a proven seaworthy boat with a traditional yacht finish, Landfall may be the "pocket cruiser" you are looking for!
