1984 CHB 42 Sundeck
Very clean and upgraded example of the sought after CHB Sundeck. Known for their solid construction, beautiful teak interiors, tons of space and great functional layout, they make a great platform for island adventures or as a live-aboard. For living aboard she has a centerline queen aft, a huge galley with lots of storage and counter space, a spacious salon, two fully enclosed decks, two heads, full size shower stall and stacked washer and drier! For island time she has a large dinghy platform with crane on the aft deck, a large swim step for getting in and out of the water, a 7.5 kw generator to keep everything running, tons of storage for water toys and a recently refurbished windlass with a stainless steel anchor to hold it all in place. Hold Fast has had tons of upgrades and maintenance in the past three years including new LP and non-skid from the gunnel up to the flybridge, all new fuel tanks, two new Balmar alternators, new Victron inverter/charger and lots of new 12 volt wiring plus lots of other items you can see in the details below.
