|Model||Albin 40 Trawler|
TUOLOMEE is a well-built 1981 Albin 40 trawler with teak walk-around decks and a traditional trawler profile. Powered by a single Ford Lehman 120 HP diesel, average fuel consumption is 2 gallons per hour. Albin trawlers are known as great live-aboard boats with good seakeeping qualities, excellent comfort offerings and lots of storage. The large aft stateroom offers a centerline queen berth, private head and shower. A large V-berth forward with private head off the galley offers comfort and space for all aboard.
TUOLOMEE has been mechanically well-maintained and is looking forward to settling in with her new owner! The FORD LEHMAN engine / power train and hull are in good condition. Other areas, such as exterior teak and interior teak are in need of TLC and updating. While some might see TUOLOMEE as a "project", she has great structure, and is mechanically sound. TUOLOMEE is a value proposition for someone who dreams of cruising or living aboard and prefers to craft their own surroundings.
