A Note from the Seller
Blessed, beyond measure & powered by the breath of God!
My wife & I love this boat and have lived on board her for 5 years.
During that time, we sailed her from Isla Mujeres, Mexico, stopping throughout Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Guatemala, the Colombian Islands, Panama, Dry Tortugas, Bahamas and the entire eastern coast of the USA
We have made friends in each country that we have visited and many lifelong friends with other cruisers. The comradery shared amongst fellow cruisers and the acceptance of the natives, made this 5-year cruise exceptional.
For the past almost 2 years she has been shrink wrapped and on the hard while we did "The Great Loop", on our MN Sea Trek.
Blessed is a beautiful, comfortable, affordable & economical boat.
In the time we've owned her and moved on board in 2016, we have had the interior & exterior cushions reupholstered, purchased new canvas (Bimini, Dodger, midsection, sail catcher and Genoa stripe), added side panels to enclose the cockpit (for those rainy days). Added a water maker, upgraded the electronics, added solar & wind generator, a windlass with remote, the sails have been restitched, it's been totally rerigged, and the engine & transmission have been rebuilt. We rewired the mast and switched out the old lighting to LED. Added new teak & holly flooring in the galley and bedroom. So, she's pretty much a new-old boat!
She has beautiful teak throughout (we love that about her). The galley is located midship, the refrigerator/freezer is super cold and there is plenty of storage. The head is spacious, having a separate full shower with a seat. The V-berth is comfortable with a very large hatch above the bed, and it's super cool to be able to stargaze while lying there.
The salon is comfortable and cozy, whether watching tv or hosting a dinner party or game night on the large dining table. We've actually had 14 people (7 couples) on board at one time, the men stayed in the cockpit and the ladies in the salon.
Plus, the bottom was recently done so she's good to go!
Overall, she really is practically new, as we have had our hands in almost every aspect of her. The decks & hull could use a paint job, and because she's a boat there is always a honey do list. But she's still beautiful and has so much life left in her. We pray that the new owners will love her and have as much fun making memories as we have.
Having been out of the country for 5 years on the sailboat and in the USA waterways on the trawler for the past almost two years, we have decided to head home and be grandparents until the next big adventure calls.
Fair winds & following seas!
