Well known local cruiser/racer that has been well cared for over the years and consistently shows well in race night events. Built locally by Calgan Marine with some liner construction, teak faced bulkheads and teak trim.
Solidly built and well maintained. A ton of boat for the money!
A classic cruiser/racer that performs well in the evening races and has a comfortable interior for weekend cruising. The arrangement features a V-berth stateroom forward with hanging locker opposite the head compartment. The main salon has a L-shape settee to starboard and a straight settee to port. Outboard of the backrest of the port settee is a pilot berth.
The galley is in the aft port corner of the main salon and includes a propane stove/oven, icebox with refrigeration, stainless sink with pressurized hot/cold water and storage for cutlery, dishes and pantry supplies. To starboard is an aft facing navigation station with instruments and electrical panels outboard.
The cockpit has two large lazarette lockers, two propane lockers, a bridgedeck traveler, a pedestal with wheel steering and good access to genoa sheet winches.
On deck there is easy access forward with perimeter lifelines.

Approximately 1500 hours total engine use. Hour meter replaced in 2010 when reading 1050 hrs.

Propane: 10 lb steel tank in port propane locker. System includes pressure gauge, reducer and remote operated solenoid. Vapour detector fitted at galley - components installed new in 2019.

Bottom peeled and epoxied in 2010 by Strait Marine to repair osmosis blisters and refurbish the race condition of the bottom. All through hulls and valves were replaced. No blisters in surface since. Bottom repainted last in 2019 with 2 coats of VC Offshore. Regularly cleaned by divers and anodes checked.
