This is a Bill Lapworth designed sloop and is in good condition. One owner since new and the big bonus is very low 420 hours on a Yanmar diesel engine installed in 2006. The engine alone is worth the price of the boat. 

The cushions are all in the owner’s garage, are all original and in excellent condition.

From the cockpit, you step down through the companionway and find a nav station/ice box area starboard aft, bench seat/berth/storage to starboard, stateroom, and head forward, fold down folding table port forward, bench seat/berth/storage to port and galley port aft. Access to the auxiliary is via lift up stairs in the salon and via the cockpit side seating lockers.

The headroom in the salon is 6'2", 5'11" in the stateroom, 6' in the head and 6'3" in the cockpit. The v-berth in the stateroom is 6'2" long and the salon berths are 6'6" long.

Merijano offers a stateroom forward with a v-berth and insert and two single berths in the salon.

The salon offers 4 windows, overhead hatch with a screen, non-skid sole, shelves, cabinets, drawers, bench seat/berth/storage on each side, fan and reading lights.

Dining space is available at the salon fold down table and the cockpit fold up table.

The stateroom forward offers a v-berth with an insert, 2 hanging lockers, shelves, drawer, fan, overhead hatch, portlight and reading lights.

The galley is located port aft in the salon.
