Below is the information about this distinctive Catalina 22 that was posted on April 1st. The decision to lower the price from 5,900.00 to 4,900.00 is being done this June 10th, 2022 to give someone the incentive to come make this Catalina 22 their boat. The owner wishes to give someone the incentive to "GET HER SOLD" ! !
Recently moved to our yard, Rooke Sails will be making progress on this fresh water only Catalina 22. Current NADA valuation is 6,605.00 to 7,530.00 but with her needing a really good clean up as of the writing, we offer the boat at the 5,900.00 mark so you can pocket some sweat equity. This Catalina 22 is a Real Value !
This Catalina 22 has a green hull and thus name "SHAMROCK" and yes it needs polishing too. Please see the initial photos with the previous owner in the cockpit. Boy is that hull pretty or what?
But then see the condition of the hull as she is currently. Lots of oxidations. She might not come back as pretty as the original shots, but she sure can get 90 to 95% there. That is why God made rubbing compound and polish. We can do this or you can and pocket some difference.
Complete with rollerfurling and all halyards lead back to the cockpit.
Further this boat has a very nice road worthy trailer and a nifty 5 hp four stroke NISSAN long shaft outboard that runs very nicely - - we just picked up the boat and she ran beautifully.
