1972 Cascade 2929ft

KA - HA - SI is an absolutely gorgeous Cascade 29. She has been heavily re-worked in the shop of a local master shipwright, Tom Becker, and looks like a new boat from the outside. Over $150K was spent on the re-work, of which the deck was re-cored, a new sugar scoop style transom built in, new windows and portlights added, new deck hardware, and a full high quality paint job performed. She is truly a joy to behold. She still has her original interior which is in immaculate condition, and shows very well. She also has had most of her re-wired too, with new switches and panels etc. 

Her original BMW diesel engine shows extremely well, with only 1259 hrs, still has a lot of life left in her. All systems have been gone through, and are neat, and well cared for. There are multiple fire extinguishers, and a CO Detector for safety. There is a manual marine toilet for onboard comfort on extended cruising, with an opening overhead hatch in the head. The v-berth is comfortable, and both seats in the salon convert to form berths. All of the upholstery in newer and in excellent condition, and needs nothing.
