-Reefed and caulked at Latitude Marine in La Conner
-Hull above waterline wooded and painted in January at Latitude Marine

-Top end engine overhaul including a new camshaft, new house bank alternator, all new hoses, new transmission and engine oil heat exchangers
-Plugs replaced during recent top end job, Pertronix electronic ignition added, distributor and coil replaced, fuel pump replaced (spare fuel pump included in sale)
-Doors, windows, transom door all replaced; no leaks anywhere, whatsoever (:
-Engine top end rebuild done by local company, Compass Marine in Anacortes (receipts available); less than 10 hours on rebuild
-Diesel 12v furnace and 7 gallon fuel tank; cozy and warm throughout the vessel when needed
-Furuno networked navigation MFD with dual transducers and a separate repeater
