1967. Carvel wooden construction of Iroko close spaced Canadian Rock Elm to a Kim Holman H30 design extended slightly, long straight keel, marine ply 1" decks have been GRP sheathed, white painted topsides and cream painted decks with varnished brightwork, bermudan masthead ketch rig, short bowsprit, wheel steering with 1/2 cockpit, 7 berths in 4 cabins with around 6ft headroom throughout.

Beta Marine 50hp inboard diesel fitted new in 2016. 300 engine hours winter 2020. 2:1 mechanical gearbox. Her forepeak has a Lavac marine toilet to port with cot berth space to starboard, hand basin with freshwater supply and 10 gallon holding tank below. Forward sleeping cabin with 2 wide berths, hanging locker to starboard, small sink to port, chart stowage above. Her main cabin has settee berths port and starboard and on the starboard side settee back lifts up to form a child berth. Storage beneath both bunks and behind. She has an Eberspacher D4 diesel heating system. Her freshwater capacity is 140 gallons in 4 tanks. Quarter berth to port and to starboard.
"Rosamaria" was built for Mr John Goldie who later co-founded "Tollesbury Marina" in Essex. She remained in the Goldie family until 20 years ago when her present owner purchased her. She is a fine sailing yacht with typical Holman lines and pleasing sheer. Her owner describes her as a traditional heavy, strong boat, at her best in a good blow. She has served the present owner well over the years and she will be missed dearly but tells us that age catches up with us all so now they are looking to downsize. Under previous ownership, Rosamaria sailed to the Baltic and to Santander and under present ownership has sailed between Scotland and Falmouth and over to Holland including the inland waterways. She is in commission afloat. Last survey 2014. Two of her sister ships are cruising in South America, a classic bluewater yacht with excellent British craftsmanship standing her in good stead for the future.
