This clean well cared for example has a 12 BTU, 5.5 KW generator supplied Airco System 

  - very good condition inside - I've been maintaining her, like revarnishing the wood, new corian counter tops etc - deep "lead" keel option - tall rig option - bigger Volvo 55HP option - owner's 2-cabin layout - it's December 2004 made, commissioned March 2005 - model is Bavaria 38, though it is a 40ft (registration and specs = 12.3 meters) - these boat are advertised on YachtWorld as "40ft Bavaria 38" - the years 2003 and 2006 were smaller, only 2004 & 2005 did Bavaria made those 40ft B38s. - overall in very good condition, though there is small damage at the toe rail because of Irma. s the masthead transducer for the wind instrument is gone also
