Power And Performance
The Blackfin 400CC comes equipped with up to 1,800 horsepower on her transom from quad 400-horsepower V10 outboards by Mercury Marine, that push the vessel to top speeds around 70 MPH. This robust center console boat is built over a multi-stepped hull designed by respected designer Michael Peters and comes with a 500 gallon fuel tank and 100 gallon freshwater capacity.
30-30-30 Philosophy: Fish, Cruise, Entertain!
Blackfin’s 30-30-30 philosophy means 30% fish, 30% cruise and 30% entertainment, and the builder sticks with that approach on their new flagship model. The bow is wide and spacious with a large sun pad and high freeboard for safety. So passengers will love hanging out and catching some rays up front.
An Angler’s Dream
With a 12’ beam, the 400CC is also an angler’s dream with a fish-centric cockpit. A large tuna door enables hauling in large sport fish or bringing family and friends aboard at the dock, or in the water. A transom door provides easy access to the V-10 power plants, and easy boarding. Ladders on both port and starboard of the aft platform provide easy water access as well. Two pull-out Yeti coolers come standard along with a rocket launcher and 6 added rod holders, plus Gemlux outriggers mounted to the T-top.
Helm Controls
The helm station boasts two rows of heated seats that come equipped with fold-down bolsters, offering comfort to both passengers and anglers. The command center features a pair of 24″ Garmin screens, standard bow thruster, Zipwake trim, JL Audio sound system and Mercury controls complete with a joystick system. Inductive phone chargers, USB and USC ports are also available to ensure that everyone’s devices stay powered up. Moreover, the custom SeaDek dash pad atop the helm station keeps accessories from sliding around, while the T-top and windshield provide both protection and serve as grab handles.
Cabin Interior
Down below, a multi-purpose spacious cabin is accessed via a starboard gull-wing door, and provides a comfortable protected interior with a skylight, LED lights and a couch that folds down to a berth. A mini galley features a sink, coffee maker, trash bin and microwave while a separate head and shower provide privacy and comfort.
