My name is Rodney Lucas.
I joined the PYB team in August 2009. I have been in the Pickwick area since 1998 and have lived here full time since 2001. I owned my own business for 26 years and semi retired in 2000 before going back to work full time in 2002. Many of you may associate me with Grand Harbor where I was the Dockmaster from 2002 to 2005.
I am a life long boater myself having owned several boats from a wooden raft on a farm pond as a child to my largest boat a 55 Viking M/Y. I have traveled the waterways from the Great Lakes to Fort Lauderdale Fl. I not only have a working knowledge of boats but also know most of the marina operators between St. Louis and Mobile.
I have been married to my wife Jackie for 39 years and have 2 children and 6 grandchildren who also share my love of the water and related activities.
I look forward to the opportunity to serve you whether you are looking to buy a boat or move up or sell your current boat. Watch for me on the water on the “$cholar $hip”.
Hi! My name is Eva Scull.
I grew up on Center Hill Lake in Smithville, TN and started water skiing at age 5. My parents believed “a family that played together, stayed together”, so every weekend we headed to our 52 ft. Summerset houseboat. My two girls are grown now and have also been raised on the water. They learned to water ski on Lake Anna in northern Virginia, but become much more proficient on vacations at Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee and in Florence on the TN River.
Today, I manage Florence Harbor Marina, Mile Marker 256.7 on the Tennessee River for my dad. Through the many years of servicing our customers from fueling pontoon boats to 152 ft. Christensen motor yachts and providing power from 110 outlets to 480 Volt connectors, I feel like I’ve seen it, and done it all. I know that’s not the case, since every year I experience an array of beautiful vessels that are traveling the American Great Loop that are totally new to me. With each “looper”, I learn a new story and gain more knowledge. I will put this experience to work for you.
I look forward to helping you with any of your boating needs, so feel free to give me a call 256-443-3370 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My name is Chris Franklin.
My love for boating and the lake began as a child spending summers at my families’ lake home on Kentucky Lake. At the age of 12, I got my first boat. A Sears Styrofoam Sea Snark sailboat.. Which I converted into a fishing canoe with a 9.5 hp mercury outboard because sailing was just too slow. A couple years later, I took over my Fathers Glastron runabout... and my love for boating took off!! Several boats and various lengths later I am I currently own a 32’ Carver Aft Cabin.
My current dockage of 20+ years is at the beautiful Cypress Springs Resort on the Ky/Tn border just North of Paris Landing State Park. My home is on the water as well, on Blood River. Halfway between Paris Landing and Ken Lake marina. We are on a wonderful part of the lake. Wide open water, fantastic coves, and easy cruising.
I have grown up on the lake, worked at our marina on the lake, and spend about 10 months of the year on the lake. I study boats, boat designs, and have an eye for a diamond in the rough. I truly enjoy helping people find a boat that will suit their needs. Either as a starter boat or a retirement boat to travel. Being on the water has enriched my life and taught me values that have I have carried on throughout my career.
I welcome the opportunity to help you and your family in any way possible achieve your boating dreams. Please give me a call at 270-293-6666 or email me at email@example.com
