Leo Thibault literally grew up on the water, rowing his first boat before riding his first bike. From maneuvering small craft on the ponds and along the rivers of Massachusetts to racing power boats on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire and sail boats in Narragansett Bay, Leo has relentlessly pursued his lifelong obsession for boating. With his vast knowledge of both power and sail boats, Leo has turned this lifelong passion into a thriving business. Inspired by one of his favorite authors, Mark Twain, and following his own dream, Leo packed up his family and relocated to Punta Gorda, Florida several years ago and established himself as an extremely successful yacht broker.
Twain wrote: “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” Judging by his sales figures, the number of his listings, and the loyalty of his large client base, Leo’s enthusiasm is contagious.

Tom learned the pleasures of boating at an early age, spending every summer in his youth cruising the Great Lakes on his family’s powerboats. He learned to sail on dinghies, one designs, and beach cats through his college years. He has sailed a variety of “classic plastic” boats through the years with his wife and three children, ultimately evolving into a multihull enthusiast.
After a sucessful career in the restaurant business, Tom is following his passion for boats to a second career as a yacht broker. Harry & his wife Melinda began sailing on the Great Lakes. After years of club racing, daysailing and vacation cruising they sold their home and took off cruising. They lived aboard their Tayana 42 cruising the US east coast, Bahamas and the whole Caribbean Sea so he knows cruising and cruising boats. Along the way Harry earned his USCG Master’s license and used it to drive Water Taxis in Baltimore and deliver power and sail boats to Bermuda and the Gulf of Mexico.
Harry knows how to sell boats long distance. Buyers are reluctant to consider boats in places remote to them. It’s expensive to fly hundreds of miles just to look at a boat when they can see 50 in Florida within just a short drive. But great boats are already where you want to go. Harry knows how to make the process safe, comfortable and economical. That’s how he gets happy clients in New Zealand to buy a boat in Florida in one visit. While he was sailing in the Caribbean he sold a Key West boat owned by a Texan and sitting in France to a buyer in the UK!
Harry knows intimately how to handle steep learning curves. After 25 years in healthcare management and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare & Administration he changed careers for another 15 years in financial services. If you think you’re ready to make a major change Harry has the perfect background to understand and help you realize your dream.

Scott is from Miami and has been on the water and involved in boating since he was a child. In his early years he was involved with speed and fishing boats. Then after returning from a 3 year stint in the U.S. Army, he bought his first sailboat with dreams of someday sailing away. Moving onto a successful corporate career, he always continued his love for the sea and lived aboard his sailboat on Miami Beach throughout his suit & tie years.
In 2003 he and his wife Cara decided to fulfill the lifelong dream. They bought a 44’ Dean sailing catamaran and sailed to the Virgin Islands to start an owner/operator charter company. After 5 years of running charters throughout the Caribbean, they sold the boat/business. Immediately realizing it was a mistake to leave the water life, they started another charter company three months later. They operated from Miami to Key West on a 40’ power cat and a Lagoon 440 sailing catamaran.
He and his wife also own an organic farm & retreat in the mountains of North Carolina, when they are not on the water, they are cruising the winding country roads on their Harley's.
Scott has a U.S.C.G. Captain 100 Ton license and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
