FROM THE OWNERS:
Belline II has been a very loved, life long project of the owner for
over 26 years. It is with a heavy heart that the business is being put
for sale due to his declining health and increasing age. The offer
includes the company as a legal entity with all the associated assets
such as the boat BELLINE II and all its insurances.
For more than two and a half decades the history shows a successful
charter boat operation throughout the caribbean, plus, and even more
important, happy customers from all over the Globe.
The business is very reputable, respected and well established in the
industry. Belline II has been professionally maintaned by the owner
who is a trained mechanic engineer and includes an impressive
collection of tools to keep her running smoothly and let her stay shining.
The boat is fully epuipped and is 100 % ready to go. The business
also includes a solid insurance policy that has been an intrical part
of the success of this Charter Business. It is all primed for a new
chapter in the wonderful history of this boat. She is ready to
continue the amazing adventure of a lifetime.
Belline II is a French built Privilege 48 by Jeantot Marine. They
have a history of building quality, stable and reliable boats. This is
one of the most sort after charter boats in the industry.
Fully MCA CODED AND READY TO GO she is on the hard in

These Legendary vessels need no introduction.
Favored by charter companies and circumnavigators alike
she represents good value for sailors looking for a
structurally sound bullet proof platform on which to fulfill
their maritime dreams.
This yacht is rather unique in that she represents the
"S" series of the 482, a late in the series release
with hull modifications offering increased sailing performance.
These yachts have proven themselves as "work horses"
of the luxury crewed yacht industry with a very livable cabin
for the crew. Replacements for this caliber of yacht runs into
mega $$$$$$ range and should be seriously considered for
worldwide cruising or commercial charter work. The only
significant difference between the the 482-S and the Newer
Privilege 51, that was introduced in 1995, was an extended
transom of 3 feet.
The port side forward bow compartment is dedicated to the
generator. The gen set is well ventilated. The starboard side
bow compartment is dedicated storage, it could also be a good
spot for a dive compressor or tank storage.
One of only 15 built, this OWNERS VERSION has to be the one of
the cleanest example around. Owned by a long time sailor she has been constantly upgraded
and loved. Time for him to swallow the anchor and buy a house in the
islands again so the vessel is for sale.
TWO owners since new. Sails and stack pack bent on for 4 to 5
months of the year and for the rest of the time stored down below.
Never done charter.... ever.
New through hulls and sea cocks December 2016 at last haul.

FROM THE OWNER
The CSY 44’ “Walkover” is well known for
its durability, comfort and classic appearance. Designed specifically
for use in the Caribbean (CSY stands for “Caribbean Sailing Yachts”),
they feature a solid, hand-laid fiberglass hull and deck with no core
to absorb water or to rot. These boats are cutter rigged for easy
sail handling and to provide a variety of sail combinations. All
systems are overbuilt, easy to access and have withstood the test of
time. Although they are heavy for their size, these boats are
surprisingly fast and agile and their strength and weight that gives
them their legendary comfortable ride with the ability to keep moving
when newer and lighter boats run for cover.
DESSPERADO is a fine example of her breed. Built in 1977
in Tampa, Florida, she is hull number 23, which tells us that the
building crews had enough experience to do a great job and still had
their enthusiasm. She has lived most of her life doing what she does
best: sailing among the islands of the Caribbean. (In fact, she is
currently located in the heart of the Windward Islands, so if your
dream is to have a boat in that area she is positioned to save you the
expense and bother of moving a boat to that location.) She has been
lovingly maintained by a knowledgeable (U. S. Coast Guard licensed
Captain) owner over the past ten years with many upgrades and
improvements, and she stands ready and able to provide her new owner
with years of safe and comfortable cruising.
OCEAN FLIGHT is probably the cleanest steel blue water cruiser
around. Carefully maintained by her present owner, OCEAN FLIGHT
represents great value for money in a professionally built, well
proven vessel to circumnavigate in style and comfort. With a low
hours Perkins 4-236, new standing rigging, a new paint job and a
gorgeous interior with the latest in electronics,OCEAN FLIGHT needs
little to be circumnavigation ready.<br)
Built by world-renowned cruise catamaran builders
Fountaine Pajot, this trawler type catamaran offers not only
exceptional range and sea-worthiness, but the incomparable space
and comfort afforded by 3 decks. The Cumberland 44's powerful
hulls are fitted with exceptionally large picture windows and an
extremely spacious upper deck offering a sweeping 360 degree view.
Continually maintained and upgraded by fastiduos owners
she represents excellent value for someone looking for a strong
and capable vessel to take them cruising!!
Currently stored out of the water in North Sound Antigua.
All the attributes of an owners version but with an extra cabin. A concours example of these incredibly strong, incredibly
capable blue water off shore boats. Spotlessly clean and a Joy
She is swift and sure footed in a confused sea, amazing on
a reach and you will Love her down wind manners!
We can wax lyrical forever.... but best come and see her.
You will NOT be disappointed!!
When we first set sail across the
Atlantic Ocean from Cape Town, I was a ball of nerves and I must
say, secretly petrified. We had only done coastal sailing in and
around Cape Town, where the seas and wind can be unforgiving, and
here I was crossing the Atlantic.
We had prepared Maxi-Nique II for
our crossing and all the boxes had been checked. The list was
endless, time consuming and meticulous – so why was I enveloped in
a cloud of anxiety and fear. Because a) I had never crossed an
ocean before and b) I did not know Maxi-Nique II in terms of
keeping us safe. This I would only come to know by experience and
hopefully not by a tropical storm or rogue wave. One needs a firm
and complete belief in the vessel that is carrying you and her
capability and strength.
Well we’ve crossed the Atlantic
Ocean and sailed up through the Caribbean chain of islands, right
up to Puerto Rico. We’ve sailed and motored through every kind of
weather condition, beautiful, unforgettable and sometimes
frightful and I now realize that my fears were unfounded. I have
complete faith in Maxi-Nique II, in her solid build as a Category
A1 vessel and the thorough adherence to the ISO standards during
construction. We should have named her after a Viking warrior
queen, because that’s what she is.
Besides her strength, the
interior is sumptuous, spacious and extremely comfortable – she is
beautifully appointed. A true cruising sailing vessel that you can
trust to take you to every corner of the world with confidence.
We have stumbled across a
business opportunity and are sadly putting Maxi-Nique II on the
market, but will certainly continue our sailing adventure in the
future, when the time is right again – and again we will pick
wisely in our choice of vessel.
An exceptionally clean version of
one of these sort after Owners versions.
Having been owned by one of the
Doyens of the yachting industry in the Caribbean she is as clean
and as gorgeous as you would expect.
He has had an open check book and
sophisticated resources at his beck and call to ensure that she is
as perfect as possible. Now leaving the Caribbean for
colder shores, this vessel is sadly for sale. Will you be the lucky one?
Anyone looking for one of these
machines need look no further.
A very lightly
chartered and very well kept example of one of these sought
cleanest one available. ORIGINALLY by house proud Canadian
marine professionals who use her as their winter home ( and to
prevent boredom) their crewed charter vessel for 5
months of the year....averaging one charter a month... mainly
with friends and charter clients from back home.
Then we sold her to a Boston based Doctor who uses her for his
family and friends and now that his family is getting bigger he
wants a bigger boat!
She has had her
FP warranted bottom job done some years ago.
excellent value for the discerning cruiser looking for a clean
well kept vessel to either putter around the islands on or do
some serious blue water cruising.
We think this vessel represents a rare opportunity to acquire
probably the best kept vessel of her type available today. When we
tell you why, we think you will agree with us.
1) Pretty much all of these four cabin Lavezzi’s and
similar vessels ( Lagoon 410’s etc) were built for the charter market.
2) They have been very successful. By 'successful' read
“well used”….. Around 20 to 25 charter weeks a year.
3) For seven years this means an average of 175 charter
weeks all driven by charter ' credit card' captains / one week
warriors with varying skills levels and thus the bulk of these
vessels have had hard lives.
4) They are ‘phased out’ after their charter lives when
most charter companies just give the bulk of them them a lick
and prayer of varnish and repairs and they are sold on. Some of
the vessels are properly phased out and repaired by some of the
companies…. To be sure. They have however still had their 175
weeks of charter.
5) These vessels have had an average of 5 to 10 days a
year out of the water when they have their annual bottom paint and
repairs done. Time out of the water is far more expensive than
time in the water on a mooring/dock…. Thus charter companies cut
costs and increase profitability for themselves and the owners by
minimizing this hard standing time. It averages a max of just
under 2% of their lives out of the water. Clearly not good for any
glassfibre hull. Few of these ever had the benefit of additional
This vessel was only ever in a charter fleet for three years of
her life…. Far less than the average Charter company contract of 4
to 5 years… (and then into a second and third tier discount
fleets for the rest of their lives from whence they are sold.)
She was bought at three years old by her previous owners ,
picky marine professionals from Canada who have a small charter
company there. She is used as their winter getaway in the islands
where they do around five crewed charters a year only. Every
single hurricane season she has been hauled ( only with a travel
lift… never a crane) and stored on the hard for the entire summer,
whilst they return to reopen their Canadian operation.
So she has benefited from the personal loving care of these
long term marine professional owners who have never let anyone
else captain her…. And it really does show.
The new owner Doctor David bought her and took her North where
she has been his summer Joy .
His family is expanding and he wants a bigger boat!
She has been constantly upgraded and now awaits her new owners
to live on and nurture her.
Aileron 2 spent the first nine years of her life sailing the
inland waters of the Long Island Sound. Of this time she spent
around 6 months a year on the hard in storage and the last two years
out of the water, shrink wrapped. She was then bought by
Canadian Grandparents who have sailed her down to the Caribbean and
used her here for a year. The grandchildren were too young to
sail so they sold her and went back to Canada to be with family.
They sold the boat and then bought it back again!!
Now, once again, it is time to be sold
She has been constantly upgraded and is in good
condition A unique opportunity to acquire one of these well
loved vessels for a great price!
SHE IS CURRENTLY ON THE DOCK IN GRENADA AWAITING YOUR VIEWING PLEASURE
Very Presentable pocket rocket with
plenty of headroom down below. ( 6 ft 3 broker doesn't bank his head)
Bought in Antigua by a cat owner
to get into St Maarten after the Hurricane Irma prevented normal
travel, he used her for the occasional day sail and a home here in
St Maarten whilst he attended to the repairs of his catamaran prior
to it being shipped back the UK for proper repairs.
The opportunity exists for the
acquisition of a fresh clean version of this well loved classic blue
water cruiser at an excellent price! Lovely sweet smelling and
real wood down below!
The air conditioning system has not
been used for several years and will be up to the new owner to get
operational. Vessel is being sold as is.
