CONSTRUCTION White GRP hull and superstructure. Hand-laminated GRP and vacuum bonded polyester/foam core sandwich hull (solid glass below the waterline) molded as a single piece. Inward flange provides a solid bulwark at the joint that helps alleviate stress during de-molding. NPG Gelcoat with the first layer of cloth impregnated with NPG resin forming an optimum barrier against osmosis. Inner molded hull bottom, structural framing laminated to the hull. The bow has integrated bowsprit, or “Delphinere,” that is composed of a strong stainless steel structure overlaid with fiberglass.
All decks, cockpit floor, seats, and bathing platform are covered with Flexi-teak G2.
Deck in PVC foam core sandwich, molded by injection process (Resin Transfer Moulding) for significant weight saving and excellent interior finish. L-shaped cast-iron keel with a large volume bulb. Twin Steering wheels
