Remarks:
This impeccably maintained yacht was purchased by her current owner in 2015. All survey findings at that time were corrected, and in 2018 the yacht benefitted from a substantial update. This included a zero hour rebuild of both generator engines and the replacement of the electrical end on both gens, complete Awlgrip hull paint, interior update including new hardwood floors and fascia boards in strategic areas, new high quality mattresses, and a general refurbishment of the entire boat.
A W4 top-end rebuild was just completed in September 2020 on both main engines at a cost of approximately $400,000. This was done ahead of the MTU specified interval, and is part of this owner's policy of continuous pro-active maintenance. Although priced slightly higher than market, every area of this boat is immaculate, and not a dime in repairs or refurbishment is needed by the next owner to start using and enjoying this exceptionally well-maintained yacht.
