Designed and built for serious cruising, this Nordhavn 60 "Spirit of Adventure" was fully optioned when she was built in 2009, and as a result, her equipment inventory is extensive. Compare her with any other in her class and she certainly stands out, with her all white topsides and enclosed flybridge. Her Kiwi owner enjoys attending to her maintenance, which means that she is absolutely ready to set off for adventure with her new owners. With her ever reliable low hours Lugger L1276A 340 hp diesel, and 8,500 litre fuel capacity, the best destinations are easily within reach. ABT Trac stabilization keeps your passages comfortable; bow thruster and stern thrusters, and four control stations, she is a dream to operate, allowing for easy maneuvering in tight anchorages and marinas. Redundant systems, high-end domestic appliances and an impressive array of electronics were installed to enjoy the most remote destinations in safety and style.
"Spirit of Adventure" is one of the only Nordhavn 60's currently available on the brokerage market. These models are traditionally closely held for long periods, so the opportunity to secure a low hours, well sorted vessel should be seriously considered. No expense was spared on her original factory order. From the factory she came highly upgraded with a cherry interior, custom tile work, and the popular new forward VIP centrelind double guest cabin arrangement.
One of Nordhavn's most popular models, the N60 appeals to those looking for a yacht offering the most modern of conveniences and enhanced living arrangements, while still maintaining superior seakeeping qualities.
"Spirit of Adventure" is fully imported into New Zealand, with all Taxes and Duties paid. In New Zealand, these taxes follow the boat and add value to it because the new buyer (and the next buyer after that) does not have to pay those taxes again. Or any taxes at all.
This next part is for Americans and/or USD buyers: With the strong US Dollar, you could own "Spirit of Adventure" at a great price, keep her in New Zealand and have a grand adventure cruising the incredibly beautiful waters of the New Zealand, the Australian coast, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, the Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, and explore all of the Western Pacific.
This model Nordhavn 60 is rarely available on the brokerage market, and you won't find another like her! Opportunity knocks...
